The Deputy Section 151 Officer was requested to approve insurance renewals for 2021/22, in respect of computer crime, general motor vehicle liability and material damage policies.

A procurement exercise had been undertaken the results of which were contained within the report submitted.

Decision notice
RESOLVED -

(i) That the results of the insurance tender process for the Computer, Crime, General Motor Vehicle, Liability and Material Damage policies be accepted.

(ii) That the contract document be duly signed accepting the winning bids.

(iii) That the 2021/2022 insurance premiums, including those policies recently tendered, totalling £682,022 as shown in Appendix 1, be accepted.
