Decision Notice
RESOLVED BY THE PORTFOLIO HOLDER FOR CORPORATE AND FINANCE:

(i) That the General Fund revenue budget for 2021/22 be increased by £314,775 to allow for the estimated revenue costs listed in Appendix 1 for the reasons in Section 5.1 of the Report. These costs are to be funded from the Property Reserve.
(ii) To continue to pursue the pre-action protocol process. The legal costs are detailed in Appendix 1.
