Councillor Wetton proposed and Councillor Wright seconded that application 2020/0068/FUL be granted Full Planning Permission with Conditions subject to a S106 Agreement for financial contribution towards the green corridor link between Barringer Road Open Space and Maun Valley Trail and with the updated Condition 16 to include details of retaining work along the north eastern boundary of the site.
