The Human Resources Manager submitted a report which detailed options on how to proceed with the recruitment process to select and appoint a new Chief Executive Officer for the authority.
The Committee considered a number of option which were outlined in the report submitted.
Report of Human Resources Manager | RESOLVED -
(i) That the current recruitment process be ceased.
(ii) That the post of Chief Executive Officer be retained and the job description, person specification and salary range be reviewed, prior to the post being re-advertised.
(iii) That both Strategic Directors be approached to determine whether they would continue with the interim Co-Chief Executive Officer arrangements agreed at Council on 30 November 2021.
(iv) That no call off arrangement be put in place to support the interim Chief Executive arrangements. |
