RESOLVED BY THE HEAD OF HOUSING
That the commencement of a procurement exercise for the compliance and refurbishment work to Tideswell Court sheltered complex in Mansfield be approved.
That subject to a satisfactory tender exercise and evaluation the Head of Housing approve the appointment of the successful tenderer and that the appointment be administered under a JCT Intermediate building contract with contractors design as the form of contract.
That authority be given to permit an instruction to be given to the Shared Legal Team to draft and finalise the necessary contract documentation and to enter into any warranties and agreements that may reasonably be necessary to enable delivery of the project.

The Head of Housing reviewed the report to seek approval for a short term Contract Exemption to utilise PK Group Ltd to undertake major void repairs and maintenance works, including the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms. The Contract Exemption would apply until 30th June 2022, after which a new tender exercise would have been completed and in place.
The Head of Housing was satisfied with the report and approved the recommendations.

The Head of Housing reviewed the report for the Award of Contract for Roston Court Sheltered Complex Compliance and Refurbishment Programme. The report sought approval to enter into a contract to undertake compliance and fire safety and refurbishment at Roston Court.
The Head of Housing was satisfied that the procurement process had provided the best value contract for the required works. That the works required were essential fire compliance and refurbishment works. The Head of Housing approved the recommendation.
