The Head of People and Transformation considered a report to approve the award of the Occupational Health contract for the provision of a comprehensive range of occupational health services so that Mansfield and Ashfield District Council’s were able to continue to meet their common law and statutory duties of care for the health, safety and welfare of employees in their working environment.

Decision Notice | RESOLVED - That the award of the Occupational Health Contract be awarded to Nottingham City Council, for the provision of a comprehensive range of occupational health services.
That the Contract commencement of the Occupational Health contract be 1st April, 2022 until 30th November 2023, with an option, by mutual agreement, to extend for up to one or two consecutive years (cumulative of 42 months). |
