Authority was sought to publish the Council’s Proposed Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order 2022 for consultation in accordance with statutory requirements. In addition, approval was also sought to proceed to make the proposed Off-Street Parking Places Order 2022 if no objections were received during the consultation period.

Details of the proposed Order were included in the submitted report.

Decision Notice
RESOLVED -

(i) That the Authorisation to publish Mansfield District Council’s Proposed Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order 2022 in the local press for consultation be approved.

(ii) The Authorisation to proceed be granted to make the Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order 2022 if no objections are received at the consultation stage.

(iii) The authorisation to publish the final and approved Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order 2022.

(iv) The authorisation to revoke the Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order 2018, the Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places (Variation) Order 2019 and the Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places (Variation) Order 2020 on the introduction of Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order 2022.

(v) The authorisation to instruct the Shared Legal Team to complete the above mentioned process to revoke and implement the new Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order.

(vi) The authorisation be given to the Head of Neighbourhoods to make minor or typographical amendments to the Order as required.
