The HR Manager provided a summary of the report to the Co-Chief Executive Officer.
Approval was sought for the creation of a Senior HR Adviser post on a fixed Term Contract until 30 November 2023.
The Co-Chief Executive Officer was advised that there were a number of high priority tasks that needed to be progressed. The priorities included the HR Dissolution, Pay and Grading review, HR systems review and tender, implementation of a new HR system following the procurement process, Recruitment review, Allowances review as well as the day to day operations. The recruitment of a Senior HR Adviser (FTC) post would provide the resource to be able to facilitate the day to day operations and key priorities.
The Co-Chief Executive Officer was satisfied with the report and authorised the recommendations for the creation of a Senior HR Adviser Post (FTC until 30th November 2023)
